Customer Experience Event in High Demand From Big Brands

Places are filling up quickly for The Future of Customer Experience – an event being held at the IOD in London on 18th October. With big names such as Virgin, Barclays and Jaguar Land Rover already signed up to attend, delegates are being encouraged to register their attendance quickly in order to ensure they aren’t disappointed.

The Future of Customer Experience is designed to assist businesses in understanding the unique opportunity that real-time conversations hold for retaining and developing customer relationships and creating true advocacy. Leading figures from within the industry will give their thoughts and insights on how engaging directly with customers can have a major impact on business profitability.

Key speakers at the event have been confirmed as:
      - Jonathan Browne, Customer Experience Expert and Senior Analyst at Forrester Research Inc.
      - Chris Worth, Research Partner at Warwick Business School
      - Paul Berney, Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director EMEA of the Mobile Marketing Association
      - Sam Ellis, Head of Customer Experience & Loyalty at Atos

The Future of Customer Experience will begin at 8.45am with an introduction from Mike Bromilow, Head of Sales and Marketing at Rapide. Speakers will begin at 9am with a series of presentations, and a networking lunch and opportunity to discuss the morning’s highlights will be provided from 12.15pm onwards.

Mike Bromilow commented: “We’ve been really pleased with the level of response we have received so far to the event. Places are filling up quickly and it seems to have really struck a chord with Marketers and Customer Experience professionals. We already have directors and senior executives from some very well known companies signed up to attend. We are really excited about the Future of Customer Experience and are looking forward to a really positive and informative event.”

Angie Main, Head of Customer Campaigns & Tools at Barclays, said: “I constantly think about and look at ways to improve service for customers and colleagues, this event I hope will help me think about how to do this with like minded people. I'd like to understand the approaches others are taking and how this might be relevant to my organisation. For us at Barclays unless we are obsessed with being relevant to customers today and tomorrow then we’re failing.”
