Different channels of feedback - Rant & Rave is about giving your customers the easiest, most convenient ways of providing their initial comments.

In store, we ask them to use SMS or phone a number.
On a call we ask for 30 seconds of their time to record their feedback.

If they are on your website we ask them to use the simple Rant & Rave Widget ™

If its an email, we get them to click a smiley face.
On the other hand, you could automatically contact them with a voice, email or SMS message that they can respond to. This really boosts response rates, especially when these messages are sent in a timely fashion – at the point of service delivery.
