How Rant & Rave works
The Rant and Rave feedback solutions are specially developed applications created by our highly skilled software developers. These applications are tried and tested and continually updated to offer your company the very best in customer feedback. Once the feedback has been gathered the Rant and Rave dashboard gets into action, sorting, analysing, and displaying the information in a variety of ways. This offers your company an instant insight into your customer’s views and opinions. Unlike most feedback applications the data in not manually inputted, instead it is controlled by our sophisticated and precise technology developed in association with the University of Warwick. It’s called the ‘Rant and Rave Sentiment Engine’ and from any channel we auto-score (1-5) and auto-categorise EVERYTHING.
The ‘Rant and Rave Sentiment Engine’ analyses customer feedback to understand the opinions that associate with our smiley face system. Our technology then takes the feedback from your customers and extracts key words and phrases to assign ratings (1-5).
The application then sends out an auto-generated thank you message. This message can be sent via any of our channels (SMS, Voice, Email, Web) allowing you to always reach your customer. Customers know their feedback is valued and are more likely to leave feedback in the future.
