Rapide have enjoyed a close working relationship with Vodafone for
over 10 years. They needed a way to gather feedback about the
numerous events they hold throughout their working year. Previous
attempts to gather insight via survey had struggled to reach response
rates over 3%.
The solution they now use is simple, they offer attendees the chance to
offer their feedback at the Moment of Truth, as the event is happening.
A text message is sent to all attendees which links them through to a
short web survey. Unlike traditional surveys they ask only four short
questions which require participants to simply give their answer on a
scale of 1 to 5 but they also give the option of leaving their own free
form comments or suggestions.
All responses are understood by Rant & Rave in real-time and are
presented back to event organisers in an interactive dashboard.
Feedback received can be responded to and acted on live at events as
well as being used to influence and improve future ones. By gathering
feedback in this way Vodafone now regularly achieve response rates of
around 20%.
