What is Rant & Rave?
Rant & Rave is an award winning, innovative and unique, real-time feedback service helping organisations engage with their customers and staff.
Rant & Rave works by gathering people’s thoughts as soon as they experience a product or service. It collects feedback instantly through two main channels – formal and informal.

The formal channel utilises cutting edge technology; SMS, Voice, Email and our Web Widget, allowing people to leave feedback directly with the organisation.
The informal channel uses ‘The Aggregator’ which searches the web intelligently for what is being said about an organisation which they may not be aware of, on blogs, forums and review sites.
Understanding what is being said

Collecting the information is only part of the challenge. We then analyse all comments from customers across every channel. Our Sentiment Engine uses sophisticated text analysis technology developed in association with The University of Birmingham. From a set of customer comments we auto-score and auto-categorise EVERYTHING.
Real time analysis
Where Rant & Rave really comes together is the Real Time Dashboard which allows organisations a quick and clear view into their staff and customer service. The Dashboard displays real-time graphs, statistics, categories and league tables as well as individual comments. It gives a clear indication to an organisation about how their brand, products and services are being perceived.

From the Dashboard there is also the ability to set up automatic replies to customers who leave feedback.
For example “thank you for your feedback”.
Text alerts can also be configured so that if any key words are received e.g. your machine needs fixing, an email or text message is sent to a relevant team member instantly informing them. All the information displayed can also be filtered, sorted and downloaded for reporting and future analysis.
Marketing your products and services
As well as helping your business identify strengths and weaknesses you can also increase sales and promote products and services. Using ‘Rave Campaigns’ you can send customers; money off vouchers; new product information and alert texts about anything you think will help entice them.
